What is Smashbash?

Smash Bash is a mini competition that celebrates the creative, gruesome, pathetic, and evocative side of our hobby. I’ve run it for four years now, and it’s differerent every year. Check out how to get involved this year by scrolling below

Competition Theme

**BATTLE ROYALE**

***A fight to the death. Many enter, one stands supreme.*** *Glory for the winner, vainglorious humiliation for the losers (not really, but that sounds pretty sick (we won’t humiliate you)).*
***Do whatever you want this year****. I’m not your mom, but she does say hi.* ***Bring your best, whatever that means for you****. You’ll be judged accordingly.*

Competition Categories

**BATTLE ROYALE**

You’re here to win. I’m here (With Ana P.) to crown a winner. Show us what you got. **Anything Goes.** Huge diorama? Individual Mini? Puppet show? Whatever you think wins a battle royale, make that. **Big or small, we’ll judge em’ all**.
We’ll **award** **custom,** **top three trophies** to the entrants that show the most creativity and artistic flair for whatever you got.
We’re not playing by anyone’s rules here, so all materials are on the table, and on your minis.

What’s In It For Me?

Top three get a custom trophy.

Plus, everyone who submits a piece will automatically be entered into a raffle to win some fun prizes, to be announced. Plus, your submission will be featured on our website following the competition. You’ll also be able to tell your kids, or the smoking ruin of the world, whichever comes first.

How To Enter

Smashbash is open to all skill levels and you can email your submissions to smashbash28@gmail.com by April 26th, 2024. Please include the following with your submission:

Full name
Email Address
Social Media Handle
Photos of your submission; no more than 5 per entry - Be sure to indicate which you’d like to have as your primary!
In the subject line of your submission, please put your Social Handle (or however you want to be recognized) and Battle Royale. You can enter as much as you want in the battle royale, just please do so in separate emails (one per submission). I might cut you off eventually but let’s see!
Indicate if you’re an apprentice (this is your first time submitting to ANY hobby competition)

By entering into the competition, you agree to allowing your submissions to be re-published on our website for non-commercial ends. All winners will be announced at the end of May via Instagram, by @totally_not_panicking
